ValencePM is excited to announce Notes and History tracking – features designed to make it easier for onsite staff to enter notes and manage resident history.
Notes can now be entered from any tab on a specific lease. After clicking the notes icon, users can quickly review recent notes and enter new notes. Additionally, users can easily designate Past Due Notes and access the full resident history.
History allows users to manage Past Due Notes and Documents in one place. Consolidating this information gives users a single place to go when needing to access information regarding a resident’s history. To view a resident history, simple the click the History tab as shown below.
