I review the company summary page several times a day to see what is happening. If I want more detail, I just click on a property and I can get any information that I need. If I am away from the office I can still check in from any computer or my phone.

Great Software System

I've used other more complicated systems & find Valence to be the simplest & easiest to use. Making adjustments in other systems requires multiple steps. In ValencePM everything is done in 1 screen in 1 application. The simplest way is how ValencePM should be described. Other systems make things so complicated, go from screen to screen to screen. Who was time for that?! The designers have actually worked in property management, identified the problems of other systems, and created a great system for everyday use.

Customer support response time is nearly immediate.

The customer support response time is nearly immediate using the chat feature. It is a very user-friendly system that you can almost use with little or no training. Their training videos are very short and they actually let you watch what they are doing in Valence as you watch the video. Much better than a manual you have to read and try to figure it out on your own. Amazing service! I couldn't ask for a better accounting system than Valence.

I always receive a response within minutes.

I just began using Valence in April and within a week I had a good understanding of the program. I was self-taught up to a point and then used Valence customer service. Valence offers a customer service chat-box at all times. I always receive a response within minutes. The software has good components, easy to post rent, and many reports to help you make assessments of your community. Invoice input is very quick . I really like the program and would recommend the software to others.

It's easy to navigate and use the software.

Valence is extremely easy to use. I love training new employees on the software. New employees that have used other software always comment on how much more user-friendly our software is. From the first day of employment, new employees can navigate and use the software with ease. I also like that glitches and errors are fixed very quickly. However, there are often times that I find new features that I was unaware of. I would love more notifications when something changes within the system. The changes are always something that makes the system even to use! Overall, I think the software is awesome, and I love using it every day!

ValencePM is a great software for communities. It’s self-explanatory pretty much. I like how some of the features it provides. For instance, easy access to work orders it offers multiple ways to issue it. As well as attaching documents. I think that majority of properties were using yardi and are now converting to ValencePM. It's the greatest decision most companies could make. And if you have any issues you can message their support team through the easy access messaging drop box. It's so easy and understandable. The Future of Management Software Today!

Even though it is a fairly new program ValancePM is very easy to dive right in and pick up. It has a modern look and its advanced features leaves us time to actually manage our community. I'm able to upload resident files easily making filing a breeze. There is an App that lets me take move out pictures that are then automatically upload to the resident file for easy viewing. There is no longer a need to go in and manually close out every work order. Completed work orders can be scanned and closed out automatically and copy of that work order is stored for future reference. ValancePM saves us time and makes mundane task a thing of the past. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to modernize their community software!
